Entrusting my rights to the King

I've been very intrigued by limiting myself as much as possible to the actual deck of cards for inspiration. This time, I cut a cross out of the Jack of Hearts (a new archetypical Christ figure for me), and then also cut out all the As from the aces. The aces (representations of "me," "mine," "I," and "my") are all bowing at the foot of the cross. I also laid down there all the phrases I use to demand my way, like "my turn," "perogative," "I'm entitled," etc. The cross is the only place it makes sense to let go of self.
