Frankincense

Our small group is going through Leonard Sweet's book "Postmodern Pilgrims". We want to understand our culture better and come up with new ways of communicating truth.

We decided to create anExperience with truth by using the five senses. For Advent in regards to The Spirit of Giving we created a scratch and sniff card.

I read that Frankincense was very valuable and pure. It was burned in the tabernacle and represented the prayers and praises of the faithful. Since it is a praise offering and since the greatest gift ever given was God's Son, I saw my praises being raised up in thanks for His great gift to me. - Rhonda

Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift! - 2 Corintians 9:15
