Here are the cards I made last night. Both are based on my Jonah lament I wrote on the blog.

The first one is all of my "withered vines" that I lament over that are so petty compared to the task God has asked me to do. The Queen is me, holding a knife to my throat and raising my fist to God. The withered vines are all of my desires and expectations- things I think I'm entitled to. I was sitting there enjoying my shade when God sent the worm to eat the vine and eventually expose my selfish and uncaring heart. "I am angry enough to die!" Jonah 4:6


The second one is my own personal "big fish" carrying me back to do the job God has told me to do. I'm the Queen- looking joyful aren't I? The verse is my job description that I keep trying to run away from, "bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord." Ephesians 6:4 (-by Erin)
